WOW...incredible day! What an overwhelmingly wonderful day. We left for the Social Welfare office at 2:00. We went upstairs to a lovely waiting room that was large & open with fun couches all around for families to sit & meet their new additions. We were I think the third family to meet our child. She was peeking out of the curtain to see us ahead of time & I knew it was her! She was happy to see us for a few minutes, but then was not so sure about this strange group huddled around her crying. Then others in the room began to cry & after a few minutes it rubbed off on her. :) She has a special bond with Jeff already & calls him Daddy & literally jumped in his arms when things got overwhelming for her. Bless her little heart. The tears pretty much continued until we got back to the room. Since being in our room she has been great. She is playing her Nintendo DS along side her big sister & happy as a clam. Also found out that McDonalds nuggets are a hit.
Sounds like you guys are getting off to a great start. I can't wait to meet her. My prayers are with you.

She is beautiful! What expression in her eyes! I have tears running down my face, and I'm sitting in front of a computer! Can't imagine the tears of joy shed upon meeting your new daughter! Congratulations to all of you! Keep us posted and we look forward to hearing how the next days go! I just know Emily will be an amazing big sister to Faith and Alessandro is looking forward to meeting his new cousin! We love you!
